1. Welcome

This is the agreement between you and Global Digital Investment when you create an account and use our managed investment service. It's written in plain English so you know exactly what to expect, and what we promise in return.

By signing up and depositing funds you confirm you've read and accept these terms. If anything is unclear, our support team is one click away.

2. Who Can Open an Account

To open a GDI account you should:

• Be at least 18 years old;
• Be legally able to enter into a contract in your country;
• Provide accurate sign-up details so we can keep your account secure.

3. Your Account

Your account is yours alone. Keep your password private and use the security features we provide — including the one-time codes for sign-in. If you ever notice anything unusual, tell us straight away and we'll act on it for you.

4. Investment Plans

Each plan we offer has a clearly stated daily return, duration, and minimum deposit, all visible before you commit. The terms you see at the time of selection are the terms you keep — future changes to a plan template never affect investments already running.

Returns are credited to your dashboard automatically every business day. At the end of every plan, your full original deposit is returned to your account balance.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

You can fund your account with Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, or USDT (TRC20 or ERC20). Deposits become available as soon as the network confirms them.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed within 24 business hours. GDI does not charge any withdrawal fee — only the standard blockchain network cost applies, paid by you to the network (not to us).

6. Fair Use

To keep the platform safe and fair for every investor, please don't:

• Open multiple accounts to bypass plan or referral limits;
• Use payment methods that aren't yours;
• Misrepresent your identity at sign-up.

7. Referral Programme

Share your referral link with friends and earn commissions when they invest — up to ten levels deep. Commissions are credited automatically. We do reserve the right to reverse commissions earned through self-referrals or fraudulent activity, since they affect every honest investor on the platform.

8. Closing an Account

You can close your GDI account at any time by writing to support. Any plans you have running will continue to be honoured to maturity, and your final balance will be sent to the wallet of your choice.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, where Global Digital Investment is registered.

10. Updates & Contact

If we ever update these terms, the most current version will live here. Material changes will be communicated to you by email so nothing is hidden.
